Dificulty:1/10 very easy

step 1: Firstly, you need a website.
I recommend Freewebs, but other hosts
could be used as well.
step 2:The code:

I have made webclients before out of clients
I made, but idk what website to upload the .jar file to.
You know, the website you put in the html code? Help me please?

www.freewebs.com. Its pretty simple to make a website if you follow the instructions on the site.

I don't mean the website to put the client on.
I mean you have to upload the .jar file to a website, and that's what the

part is, is where the .jar file is uploaded, and it automatically
loads the client from there, but I need to know where I can upload
my .jar file of my client to so my client will have somewhere to load it from.
